The Governing Body
The Governing Body of UP CAMPA has been constituted under the Chairmanship of Hon’ble Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh with a total membership of 15 members. The structure of Governing Body of UP CAMPA is as follows:-

The Powers and Functions of the Governing Body -
According to section 17(1) of CAF Act, 2016, the Powers and Functions of the Governing Body are as follows:-
The governing body of a State Authority shall—
(i) lay down the broad policy framework for the functioning of such State Authority with in the overall framework notified by the Central Government on the recommendations of the National Authority;
(ii) Review the working of the State Authority from time to time.
(2) The governing body of a State Authority shall meet at least once in six months.
(3) The governing body, steering committee and executive committee of a StateAuthority shall meet at such places and shall observe such rules and procedures in regardsto transaction of business at its meeting, including the quorum thereat, as may be prescribed.
